8月7日开始, 2023, an updated new employee experience will be implemented that is inclusive and offers both in-person and virtual methods of engagement to acclimate new employees to 密歇根州立大学丹佛 and ensure they are set up for success as soon as possible.

The updated 新员工入职培训计划 will include three (3) components:

  • Day 1 取向 (in-person and two hours in-length)
  • New employee online modules (automatically assigned in Workday Learning, 第一周内完成)
  • New employee welcome lunch (within 60 days of employment, new employees will receive an invitation to attend a welcome luncheon to learn more about and connect with 密歇根州立大学丹佛 leadership and campus community resources.).

New Tenure/Tenure-Track and CAT II Faculty

New Tenure/Tenure-Track Faculty 取向

New Tenure/Tenure-Track Faculty 取向 is provided by the Center for Teaching, Learning & 设计与人力资源. This orientation is presented in early August, 在学年开始的时候, and is a two-day mandatory orientation for all new full-time tenure and tenure-track faculty members. Light breakfast, lunch, and refreshments will be provided.
